Peri Peri Pan Seared Fish
1. Basa fillet
2. Red, yellow , green bellpeppers
3. Garlic
4. Lemon juice
5. Pepper powder
6. Salt
7. Red chillies
8. Oil
Process
1. Marinate fish fillet with lemon juice and salt and pepper
2. Roast bellpeppers, remove skin
3. In a mixer, make a puree of bellpepper, garlic, red chilli soaked in vinegar , peppercorn , oil, salt, sugar
4. 2 tblespoon oil, and simmer the mix for 10-15 mins
5. Apply on the fish fillet properly
6. Shallow fry till both side of fillet golden brown in 1-2 tablespoon oil
